I’m an exercise geek and a lover of food! I’m a little bit ridiculous and I love to laugh. I don’t take life too seriously, but when it comes to my long term health and yours, I am very passionate.

I have put my 20 years’ of experience as a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, massage therapist and injury rehab specialist into Happy Hour.
